Conference Status – 5 March Coronavirus Update
Since we communicated with you earlier this week, the coronavirus situation in India has been rapidly evolving. The conference is still proceeding, but in the light of the growing concerns around the spread of coronavirus in India, there will be a few changes.
Attending the Conference
If you can attend the conference in person, we would still encourage you to do so.
We have taken a number of steps onsite to manage the risk:
- hand sanitizers will be handed out in each delegate kit
- all washrooms are fitted with hand sanitizers
- sealed water bottles for all delegates
- face masks available upon request at the registration desk
- constant cleaning by the ITC Gardenia hotel staff (elevator buttons, railings, door handles)
Live Streaming the Conference
If you cannot attend the conference or no longer feel comfortable attending in person, we will be providing a live-stream of the event. Some speakers who’ve been affected by travel restrictions, will be live streaming from their home/office or providing pre-recorded videos of their sessions, so you won’t miss their valuable content.
Please note that Live-Streaming option will not be available for pre/post-conference workshops. You would need to attend those in person.
Further details on how to access the live streaming will be provided in the coming days.
Ticket Transfers
If neither of these options works for you (attending in person or live streaming), you can transfer your registration to someone else in your network. We will not be cancelling any registrations.
