She has led product innovation capabilities and built thriving and diverse cross-disciplinary teams for world-class consultancies (Pivotal, Flow, Method), tech leaders (Amazon, Yahoo!) and start-ups/scale-ups (Play.com, Travelmatch). She founded Northshore to bring this expertise to clients looking to grow their innovation and development capabilities.
She co-authored ‘Communicating the UX Vision’ to help teams communicate and collaborate better, coaches leaders and startups, and teaches user-centered design at the University of the Arts London.
